Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on kiddohunt.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site to place an order.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if delivery to your address isn't currently serviceable, or if we're unable to verify the order details by phone.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed, and will contact you before dispatch if this affects your order.
Payment — Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method offered. Payment is collected in cash by our courier partner at the time of delivery. Orders that are refused at the door, or that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, may be cancelled and — for repeated non-delivery — may result in COD being unavailable for future orders on that account.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by zone — see our Shipping & Pricing page for current estimates. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, regional holidays, or courier capacity.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number. Items showing signs of use, or missing original packaging, may not be eligible for return.
Product Descriptions
We aim to describe every product, including age recommendations and ingredients, as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, scent, or texture may occur between the listed photograph and the item you receive, particularly for naturally-derived formulas.
Limitation of Liability
Products are intended for use as described and within the stated age recommendation. Kiddo Hunt is not liable for damages arising from use outside the intended purpose or stated age range, or from lack of adult supervision during use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
